To reduce the number of litigation and to provide the alternate mechanism to resolve the dispute between the parties an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) system has been established by our Legislature and in this scenario Arbitration and Conciliation Act had been enacted by our parliament, as well as Lok Adalat and Mediation procedure had also established in the concern Acts. We conduct commercial arbitrations pertaining to the infrastructure, telecommunication, media and international trade sectors.
