To regulate the relationship and behavior of employer and employee/workman and to establish a peaceful environment for industrial growth various labour laws have enacted by our parliament, whereby various central and state agencies have been established to monitor and ensure the compliances of labour laws. We help our clients to maintain cordial relationship with their employees by guiding them through industrial dispute legislation, wage rules and contract labour laws and gratuity. The group represents its clients before Labour Courts, Central Government Industrial Tribunals, High Courts and concerned state and central authorities in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
